Before you recycle your old cell phone for cash, please take a moment and read your agreement with WeBuyCell.com. By participating in the WeBuyCell.com program you are accepting the terms and conditions listed below. Our goal is easy to pay you the best prices for your used phones (“Device”). Please write us with any questions you may have with regards to any of these terms before you send us your used phone (“Device”).

I am a member of WeBuyCell.com and agree to the following recycling terms and conditions to the phone buying program.

All personal and sensitive information stored on my device is my sole responsibility. I will make all arrangement to store or discard this content before I ship to WeBuyCell.com. All data will not be retrievable once the Item is shipped.

I agree and understand that all my personal data on my phone I.E. Phone contact, personal images, ring tones, games, etc.. Is not the responsibility of WeBuyCell.com to remove or store from my Device. It is my sole responsibility to delete all personal and sensitive information from my device before it is sent to WeBuyCell.com. WeBuyCell.com is not liable for storing or deleting any of my data. Before I send my device all this data will have been stored or deleted at my responsibility.

I am the sole and rightful owner of this electronic device that is being sold to the WeBuyCell.com recycling program.

I am sending this device as the rightful owner and understand it is free from any liens or claims by any third parties. I do understand that if any device that I send for the recycling program turns to be claimed lost /stolen.. I forfeit any rights for compensation on the said device.. I understand, I will NOT Be Paid for the device if it is determined to be claimed LOST or STOLEN.

I am sending my device to WeBuyCell.com with accurate conditions and specifications of my electronic device.

I understand the condition of my Device is my sole responsibility when it arrives at WeBuyCell.com.

I will package my device with all the components that come with the phone. Ie. Phone charger, miscellaneous accessories, stylus ….

I am sending my device with a valid and visible Electronic Serial Number (ESN) or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number. I understand if my device does not have this information, after the inspection from WeBuyCell.com the value of my device will be subjected to a Zero Value.

I agree and understand that the actual value I receive for my device may vary. After the receipt and inspection of the device by WeBuyCell.com the final value is non-negotiable and understand the value may be less then the quoted value. I understand the value my be less then the estimated quote and may even be Zero credit. I forfeit the item and under no condition will be able to have the device returned to me. I will not have any rights regardless if I am not satisfied with the trade-in value or even if my device is valued at Zero.

I understand if my device is not functional it will be valued at Zero. Water damage and corrupt software will be deemed Zero Value as well. These items will be considered “Not Fully Functional”

I understand any data stored on my Device may be deleted and erased and is unrecoverable. Once the device is sent to WeBuyCell.com I have considered any data non recoverable.

I understand that I am solely responsible for initiating any actions with my device before shipping to WeBuyCell.com. Once my device is shipped I have no rights with this device.

I understand and will insure that all devices from the following carriers Nextel, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, All Tel, Cellular One, or Qwest networks must be deactivated and have no remaining or outstanding balances on the account.

If a device has and outstanding balance or not deactivated. I understand the final value after receipt and inspection by WeBuyCell.com my be reduced to Zero if this conditions are not met.

I solely agree that all my rights, title, and interests of the device will be transferred to WeBuyCell.com upon receipt and inspection.

I agree to carefully package and ship the device within 30 days of the day I accept WeBuyCell.com offer.

Here's what happens next:

Once you submit this information, you will be able to print out a shipping label that you can affix to any reasonably sized box that will hold your cell phone shipments. You must ship the contents within 7 days, or else you may have to go through this process again.

Once your phone(s) have been checked over and are in working condition, we will send you the money via Paypal.
